This Billing Policy describes how TrackOfferz charges for the Service. It supplements (but does not replace) our Terms of Service.
Pricing tiers
TrackOfferz is sold via three tiers: Business ($329/mo), Enterprise ($499/mo), and Enterprise PLUS ($1,199/mo). Annual billing receives 2 months free (paid up-front). Tier features are listed on the pricing page.
What's included
- Unlimited tracking events on all tiers (Enterprise + above)
- White-label panel + custom domain (Enterprise + above)
- All integrations (every tier)
- All features described in the features page (every tier)
What's billed separately
- Payout fees: pass-through from PayPal / Wise / wire — we don't mark up
- Custom development on Enterprise PLUS (negotiated per-contract)
- Dedicated account manager on Enterprise PLUS
Free trial
14 days, no card required, all features unlocked. You can switch tiers during the trial. After 14 days, the account moves to read-only mode if no plan is selected. Data is retained for 30 days; thereafter, the account is deleted.
Billing cycle
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day of each calendar month. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of sign-up. We'll email an invoice the day before the renewal.
Upgrades + downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately; we pro-rate the difference and add it to your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period (no pro-rated refund on monthly; pro-rated refund on annual).
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retry on day 3, day 7, and day 14. After day 14, the account is suspended until payment is resolved. Data is retained for 30 days post-suspension.
Refunds
- Monthly: non-refundable. Cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the next renewal date.
- Annual within 30 days of sign-up: pro-rated refund.
- Annual after 30 days: non-refundable. Cancel; the subscription ends at the renewal date.
Taxes
Prices on the pricing page are exclusive of taxes. Where applicable (e.g. EU VAT, US sales tax), taxes are added at checkout. You're responsible for any taxes not collected directly by us.
